Cinnamon and walnut snails just like from the bakery, wow, they were delicious!
Ingredients:
For the dough:
3 cups flour
, 1/4 cup sugar,
2 tbsp baking powder,
1 tsp salt
, 1/3 cup softened butter,
1 egg,
1 1/2 cups milk
For the filling:
¾ cup softened butter,
2 cups brown sugar,
4–5 tablespoons cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Add the softened butter and rub it in with your fingers or a mixer until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk, then gradually stir this mixture into the flour mixture until a soft dough forms.
