4 cups of tangerine juice or latte.

1 cup of vanilla sauce.

A sweetener (such as Stevia, Monkfruit, eritritolo, or panela).

80 g of rice flour and 1 tablespoon of powdered flour.

Preparing the fruit
Preparing the base: Assume you're using a pad of parchment paper, if possible with paper towels. You can place a sheet of non-stick paper on the bottom to prevent the cake from sticking during baking.

Preparing the mandarin: Mix the tangerines and tagliatelle with the dough. Available at the base of the padella.
