  • 12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries (thaw if frozen)

  • 1 large orange, peeled and sectioned

  • 2 tsp orange zest

  • 16 oz fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled (thaw if frozen)

  • ¼ tsp ground cloves

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp allspice

  • 4 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 (1.75 oz) package powdered fruit pectin

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ tsp butter (to reduce foaming, optional but recommended)

  • Large 5-quart stockpot

  • Blender or food processor
