How to Use Mullein Leaves on Your Feet (Simple Steps)
  1. Find clean mullein leaves
    • Pick fresh ones from a clean area, or use dried mullein from a trusted source.
  2. Soften the leaves (if dried)
    • Steam or soak in warm water for 1-2 minutes until soft and flexible.
  3. Clean your feet
    • Wash and dry your feet to prepare your skin.
