- Find clean mullein leaves
- Pick fresh ones from a clean area, or use dried mullein from a trusted source.
- Soften the leaves (if dried)
- Steam or soak in warm water for 1-2 minutes until soft and flexible.
- Clean your feet
- Wash and dry your feet to prepare your skin.
- Place the leaves on your soles
- Put 1 large leaf or a few small ones on each sole. The soft side should touch your skin.
- Cover with clean socks
