Heat the water
Heat the water until it is warm (not boiling).
Mix the base.
Add lemon juice and honey to the warm water and mix well.
Add the spice blend and enhancers,
cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne pepper (optional). Mix again.
Optional Addition:
Add apple cider vinegar at the end (if using). Make sure the water is not too hot to preserve its properties.
Drink immediately.
For best results, drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
