Crispy Air Fryer Potato Slices

    • Sunflower oil – 1 tablespoon

  • Sea salt – 1 teaspoon

  • Potatoes – 500 grams (around 2 medium potatoes)

Directions

  1. Preheat your air fryer if your model recommends it.
  2. Slice the potatoes into 5mm thick rounds. Transfer them to a large bowl.
  3. Toss the slices with sunflower oil and sea salt until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  5. Air fry at 190°C (374°F) for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping the slices gently once or twice during cooking.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish, snack, or appetizer.Notes
  • If your slices are thinner, reduce the cooking time accordingly.
  • Always turn the slices at least once to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
  • Smaller air fryer models may require batch cooking for even crisping.
