Directions
- Preheat your air fryer if your model recommends it.
- Slice the potatoes into 5mm thick rounds. Transfer them to a large bowl.
- Toss the slices with sunflower oil and sea salt until evenly coated.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry at 190°C (374°F) for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping the slices gently once or twice during cooking.
- Serve hot as a side dish, snack, or appetizer.Notes
- If your slices are thinner, reduce the cooking time accordingly.
- Always turn the slices at least once to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
- Smaller air fryer models may require batch cooking for even crisping.
