  1. Chop the nettle leaves into small pieces. Bring the water to a boil, then add the nettles and cranberries.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Then cover and let steep for 3 hours. Strain the tea and drink 1-2 cups daily before meals.

Homemade cough syrup

Ingredients:

  • 3 nettle leaves (or 1 tablespoon chopped)
  • 200 grams of brown sugar
  • 200 ml water

Instructions:

  1. Chop the nettle leaves into small pieces. Mix with water and sugar, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain the mixture and pour it into a glass container.
  3. Take 1 tablespoon up to 4 times daily until symptoms subside. Store in an airtight glass container.
